- Please arrive to first dance class 15 minutes early to fill out your dancers Participation Waiver, Liability Release, Media Release, and Medical Authorization form.
All Participants of Makayla Sifuentes Performing Arts & Entertainment Company must fill out this form prior to the start of class. 

- CLASS ATTIRE: All students are required to wear form-fitting dance attire for technique, choreography, and vocal classes. For Hip Hop classes, both loose and fitted attire are permitted.
Jewelry is not allowed in any class, except for small stud earrings.

-Inclement Weather: We follow the same inclement weather schedule as Mesquite Independent School District (MISD). If school resumes later in the day, Makayla Sifuentes Performing Arts & Entertainment Company will also hold classes as scheduled.

In the event the studio closes, updates will be shared on our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and sent via email.
