COMPANY & Tuition Policies

- Please arrive to first dance class 15 minutes early to fill out your dancers Participation Waiver, Liability Release, Media Release, and Medical Authorization form.
All Participants of Makayla Sifuentes Performing Arts & Entertainment Company must fill out this form prior to the start of class. 

-Monthly tuition is required to reserve and maintain a student’s enrollment in their registered class(es). Tuition is due each month regardless of attendance, including absences due to illness, vacations, personal commitments, or other circumstances.

The studio calendar may vary from month to month, and the number of class sessions may differ depending on the number of weeks in a given month. Monthly tuition rates remain the same regardless of whether a month contains additional or fewer class weeks.

Tuition rates are established based on the complete studio year and are divided into equal monthly payments. This structure allows for consistent and predictable monthly tuition throughout the entire dance season.

The studio will provide designated make-up class dates for classes missed due to scheduled holiday breaks. Make-up sessions will be assigned by the studio owner and communicated to families.

-Monthly class tuition is due at the 1st of each month. A card must be on file. A $15 dollar late fee will be applied if payment is late.

-CASH payments are accepted at the 1st of the month.

-Class Attire: 

Jewelry is not allowed in any class, except for small stud earrings.

All students are required to wear form-fitting dance attire for technique, Acro, choreography, acting, and vocal classes. 

-Hair in a bun for ballet. Hair in a bun or ponytail for all other classes.

-The Ballet class attire is a leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Ballet skirts are allowed. Hair in a bun please.

-For Hip Hop classes, both loose and fitted attire are permitted.

Dance shoes: 

Foot undies and jazz shoes for technique classes. 

Ballet shoes for ballet class. 

Sneakers for hip hop.

-Inclement Weather: We follow the same inclement weather schedule as Sunnyvale Independent School District. If school resumes later in the day, Makayla Sifuentes Performing Arts & Entertainment Company will also hold classes as scheduled.

In the event the studio closes, updates will be shared on our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and sent through the company communication app.
